Rebbe Steiner Sajele of Kerestir acquired the highest Torah knowledge and wisdom while studying in Liska, in the house of Reb Hershele Friedmann. Armed with this knowledge, he embarked on his meaningful journey to serve the community.

During Reb Hershele Friedman's leadership, Liska (Olaszliszka) transformed into a Hasidic spiritual center, drawing thousands who sought his presence.

Hershele's initial knowledge was acquired by Yismach Moshe, who was the Rebbe of Ujhely (Sátoraljaújhely).  Teitelbaum appointed Hershele as his successor, whose wisdom continues to spread across the world daily.
